Community of Knowledge
"A community of Knowledge is based upon recognition, affinity and shared activity in the world. It is distinct from all the other communities in the world that you see. In a community of Knowledge, people are together because they know they must be together, and they are willing to face the difficulties of being together and the difficulties of their life together because they have this inner certainty."[1]
"For a Community of Knowledge to exist in physical life, it must be very secretive. Why? Because Knowledge and ignorance do not co-exist very well. For community to be meaningful, it must be very, very pure because everyone who is drawn to true community has other designs as well."[2]
"Knowledge here must establish a real community—not a community of law, not a community that is governed by manipulation and coercion, but a community that is driven by intention, dedication and a certainty that specific people must bond together to get things done. For even if there were no Greater Community, only a group mind could achieve any great result in the world. Remember, an individual is only a potential for relationship, and a relationship is a potential for establishing something of meaning and value here."[3]
"In a community of Knowledge, you want everyone to become strong with Knowledge because that increases the power of Knowledge tenfold. Now you have many eyes looking, many ears listening; you have many minds that are attuned to a greater set of abilities. This group mind in Knowledge is cultivated in certain rare and unusual societies with great power. It can discern, almost without evidence, the mysteries and the secrets of others. And it can be used to foster the most beneficial forms of scientific and philosophical development."[4]
