A famous person said, an error is not a mistake unless if goes uncorrected. Perhaps it was a famous accountant. The new entries I created on 20 October 2011 violate the copyright rules. Deleting judiciously should rectify it. I'll go back to material available to the public now and later return to abbreviate the entries unless you want to just delete them.
