Enter the New Message through God

"The New Message is here, in part, to affirm the importance of all the world’s religions and to proclaim that they are all initiated by God. However far they may have wandered or deviated from the original intent, they are still important for humanity’s future and well-being."[1]

"The religions of the world hold the key to human dedication and human allegiance, more than governments, more than any other institution. This speaks well for humanity because religions such as these are often hard to find in the Greater Community. Your world is rich in this respect, but your strength is also where you are weak and vulnerable." [2]

Directives

"Here you must understand that the world’s religions are all part of a Greater Plan. And while they are distinct from one another in certain ways, their distinction represents their unique contribution to the growing wisdom and compassion and ethics of the human family." [3]

"The great religions have kept humanity going, have built human civilization, have been an inspiration for countless people. Do not think they are without value, despite all that has been done in violation of them, and how they have been misused and are being misused even at this day." [4]

The mandate for respect among religions

"You must honor them all despite all that has been done to change them and misuse them by governments and ambitious individuals over the course of time. "[5]

"They each have a contribution to make. They are all important. One is not greater than another. To think like this is not to understand the Will of Heaven, for it is only a united humanity that will be able to contend with the challenges of living in a new world and with the greater challenges of preserving your freedom and sovereignty amidst the presence of greater forces in the universe."[6]

"God's Will is for humanity to unite, to preserve the world and to prepare for its future in the Greater Community—a future where humanity’s freedom will be challenged repeatedly, a future where humanity will be seduced by the offers of alien technology, a future with many hazards, but a future where humanity must maintain human freedom and sovereignty within this world. Lose this and you lose everything—all the accomplishments of humanity." [7]

Building spiritual community

"There are many spiritual communities that are not spiritual communities. They are simply an environment where one person is worshipped, and everyone else is subservient. You are aware of the examples of this. That is because people are fixated on hero worship and do not know how to join with each other meaningfully."[8]

Ancient traditions in the face of an entirely new reality

"The great traditions of antiquity cannot prepare you for what is coming, for that is not their purpose and design, you see."[5]

"The great traditions of the past cannot prepare humanity for living in a new world, where great compassion and cooperation will have to be established if humanity is to survive in a world of diminished resources, of violent weather and of environmental change. Here there cannot be competition between the religions of the world." [9]

"The religions of the world cannot save humanity from what it is facing now. They were not designed to do this. They are all building blocks of human civilization, all a preparation for a greater future. They are all necessary. There should be no contention between them. There should be no persecution between them. There should be no war between them, for this is a great and grievous error." [10]

"There is so much for you to learn. It cannot be communicated in a few words, but in a great series of teachings, which are part of God’s Revelation. Here a Christian must become a Christian with a Greater Community awareness. A Muslim becomes a Muslim with a Greater Community awareness. A Buddhist and a Jew gain a greater panorama of life to which their religious teachings must become relevant. If religion in the world is to educate and to enlighten, it must have this greater capacity and awareness. You cannot be fooling around in the face of the Greater Community or in the face of the Great Waves of change that are already occurring in the world. It is time to grow up." [11]

Older traditions and the New Message

"It is a gift to all the world’s religions, for it is part of God’s Greater Plan. It will give to Islam what Islam needs. It will give to Christianity what Christianity needs. It will give to Buddhism what Buddhism needs now and to all the faith traditions—preparation for a new world experience, preparation for contact with life in the universe, a greater and clearer understanding of the One Spirituality of humanity that unites and binds you all to your Creator even while you appear to live in Separation in this world."[5]

"The Creator of all life has initiated all of the world’s religions, but they have all been altered by people and governments, by cultures and traditions and by the competition for power in the world." [12]

"That is why there is a New Message from God—not to compete with the world’s religions, not to overshadow them, but to unite them and to strengthen them so that their ancient wisdom can come to the fore and serve humanity in its changing circumstances at this great threshold in your evolution." [13]

"Learn of the New Message from God. Realize it will affirm all that is true within your current traditions." [14]

"There are many people in the world today who know they must prepare for something, who feel called to a greater participation, who have a sense that their life is more important than the mundane activities of the day. Some will not find their way in the religious traditions of the world because they are being prepared and called for something new in the world. They are more connected to the future than the past, and the future is calling them and pulling them forward." [15]

"New Revelation is being sent into the world for the protection and the advancement of humanity. If you are a practitioner of a religious tradition, do not be threatened by this. It is here to resonate with the essence and the core of your religious faith. It is a Message from the same God who has provided you your pathway in life. It is a New Testament. It is here to enliven your religion, to expand it and to make its realm of application greater. It is here to prepare you. It is providential." [16]

"Many will find their purpose in the traditions of the world, for there is much wisdom and value there. However, many will not find their purpose there because their preparation has to do with the future specifically, and they must learn a new way. They must receive a new testament, and they must prepare for a new experience." [17]

"The old religions, if they are held in contempt of one another, have really become obsolete and will become increasingly so in the future. Now you must see Jesus within the Greater Community and Muhammad and the Buddha and all the great saints and emissaries in a larger context, in a greater series of Revelations—each bringing humanity closer to world civilization and to greater cooperation and a deeper experience of the conscience that God has placed within you. In this sense, all religions are ecumenical. They are all meant to support one another instead of compete and denounce one another. [7]

Evolving perspectives

"Most religions of the world are based on an anthropocentric view of the universe. Consequently, as the presence of Greater Community forces in the world becomes more obvious and apparent, more acceptable and more generally recognized, people will either yield to a larger viewpoint and open themselves to re-evaluate their ideas and their fundamental beliefs, or they will try to reassert their religious ideas, thinking that they are in the right and that the rest of the universe somehow is in the wrong. They will think that they are blessed and guided by their religious faith, while the rest of the universe has either been spiritually denied or has been too foolish to respond." [18]

"This New Message from the Creator of all life is not here to replace or to displace the world’s religions but to give them a greater dimension, to give them a vision of what is coming over the horizon and to prepare them for humanity’s encounter with a Greater Community of intelligent life in the Universe." [19]

"But the religions of the world today cannot prepare humanity for the Greater Community. They are entirely anthropocentric in nature. They are grounded in ancient history. They can barely be relevant in the modern world. They are struggling to do so. They cannot prepare humanity for the great change that is coming to the world and for humanity’s encounter with a universe full of intelligent life." [20]
