The Proclamation

A New Message for this time and the times to come

"There is a New Message from God in the World. It has come from the Creator of all life.

It has been translated into human language and understanding through the Angelic Presence that oversees this world.

It continues the great series of transmissions from the Creator that have occurred over centuries and millennia.

It is a New Message for this time and the times to come.

It fulfills the former Messages that have been given to humanity, and yet it reveals things that have never been shown to humanity before. For humanity is now facing a grave and perilous set of challenges, both within the world and from beyond the world.

The New Message from God is here to alert, to empower and to prepare the human family—people from all nations and religious traditions, from all tribes, groups and orientations.

It has come at a time of great need, a time of great consequence. It is preparing people for things that have not even been recognized."

Never one final Message for all time

"There is a New Message from God.

Never think that God has stopped communicating to the world. Never think that the final Message for all time has been given. This is human presumption. This is established to protect a belief and an ideology."

The Calling

"There is a New Message from God in the world. It is here to warn you, to strengthen you and to prepare you for the Great Waves of change and for the reality of the Greater Community and all of its challenges and opportunities for humanity.

The New Message is also here to strengthen the individual, to teach people about spirituality at the level of Knowledge, to bring a unifying presence and teaching to all the world’s religions, to strengthen human relationships, human families, human commitments and human contribution. It represents a very rare intervention by God for the protection and advancement of humanity. It is a very great Teaching and a great Revelation. Do not think that you can understand it standing apart from it, for you must receive it and bring it into your life, use and apply its wisdom and bring its specific teachings to bear. Only then will you know the power and efficacy of the New Message. And only then will you realize what a blessing it is and how it has come at just the right time."

"There is a New Message from God in the world, and one of the things that it calls for is the emergence of women leaders, particularly in the area of spirituality and religion. It is time now for certain women to be called into these greater roles and responsibilities, and it is important around the world in different quarters and in different religious traditions that this be allowed."

Why there is a New Message from God

"Humanity cannot save itself now. It cannot come up with one solution for the Great Waves of change. It does not know how to prepare itself for a universe of intelligent life—a competitive environment on a scale you cannot even imagine. That is why there is a New Message from God in the world — to provide the Revelation, to provide the warning, to provide the encouragement and to provide the preparation.

Here you must become a person who can function in the Greater Community, a person who can think in terms of the whole world, a person who is not limited and constrained by a previous understanding that is far too limited and insufficient to enable you to perceive your changing circumstances and the great challenges that are coming.

Here the New Revelation opens doors, expands your awareness and perception, liberates you from old ideas that will never allow you to see the present and the future, to free you from condemnation and to bring back to you the mystery and the power of your life and greater purpose in the world."

"The world is moving. Move with it, and your life will be secured. And you will be able to navigate the difficult times ahead. Resist it, avoid it, deny it, and you will face great tragedy.

That is why there is a New Message from God in the world and why it must come from God to have the power, the clarity, the vision and the wisdom to speak not only to what people think and believe today, but to speak of things that people are unaware of, to answer questions that have not even yet been asked, to anticipate the needs of the future — to know that future, to reveal that future.

If people really knew what was coming over the horizon, they would behave very differently. They would rethink their position. They would reconsider their ideas. And over time, if they responded wisely, they would see that they would have to stop complaining about everything and begin to take greater responsibility for their lives and circumstances. This is a very maturing process for the individual, and for the nations as well."

"You seem pre-eminent in your own world, even though you have been careless stewards of the world itself, but you are a weak and divided race in the Greater Community, and that makes you tremendously vulnerable. You are destroying your ability to be self-sufficient in the future, which also makes you incredibly vulnerable in the universe. You are full of superstition and self-importance and therefore do not realize the real meaning of a foreign presence in your world. You think it is here to gratify you, to save you, or to acknowledge you, and you fail to see it merely represents competition, which in itself is a reality of nature, of the physical reality. Only God can prepare you for these two great phenomena. You yourself will not know what to do....

That is why there is a New Message from God in the world, you see, for these great times, this great threshold that humanity is facing. The consequence of its destruction of the world and misuse of the world, and the consequence of its evolution, which eventually would bring it into the Greater Community itself — only God can prepare you for these things. And that is why there is a New Message from God in the world."

"While ancient wisdom is embedded in all the great religious traditions, none of them can prepare you for what you must do now. And that is why there is a New Message from God — not to compete with the world’s religions, not to overshadow them, but to unite them and to strengthen them so that their ancient wisdom can come to the fore and serve humanity in its changing circumstances at this great threshold in your evolution.

In hearing these words, your mind may object. Your mind may question. Your mind may doubt. Your mind may compare and contrast. But in your heart, you will know.

If you do not know your own heart, then you do not know what you know. If you do not know and are not aware of the wisdom that God has placed within you, then you will not know what you know. You will only be aware of what you think. And this is the condition of the vast majority of people in the world today."

"The great tragedy for humanity is that only the very poor are facing reality, for they have no choice. The wealthy are squandering themselves — their resources, their education, their time, their emphasis — on the most foolish and absurd fascinations and interests. It is too late for this now.

That is why there is a New Message from God in the world because without this New Message, humanity will fail. Its failure will come incrementally, but it will come. And intervention in the world will take place without human awareness and without human resistance.

Do not deny this, for if you do, you are missing the great Message from the Creator. If you do not see the warning, you will not value the blessing, and you will not see the need for the preparation. For God’s New Message, which is meant for all the peoples of the world, is to provide this warning, this blessing and this preparation. Not everyone will be able to respond, but many will have to — from different nations, from different religions.

Everything is in the balance now. The fate of the world will be determined within the next few decades. That is an incredibly short period of time. Life is moving. Events are taking place. The results of humanity’s degradation and foolish use of the world are now moving on their own. Technology alone will not be an answer. There must be human recognition, courage and unity. Technology will only be a tool to help you, but without this recognition, this courage and this unity, technology will only hasten your demise."

A New Message from God for the world

"There is a New Message from God in the world.

This is not just for you and for your redemption and fulfillment. This is for the world. You have come for the world. You have come to provide assistance and service in a very specific way. Only Knowledge knows what that is, where that can happen, who that can happen with, under what circumstances and for what purpose.

If you can allow that to be a mystery in your life, then you can proceed. For there is so much work for you to do, just to repair and refocus your life, just to prepare for the Great Waves of change that are coming, just to get your life in order, just to get your mind in order. Certainly, this is enough work for you.

Let Knowledge do what only Knowledge can do. But you must do your part."

"And We have brought the Message—a Message of a thousand messages, a Message of a thousand teachings, a Message great enough to occupy you for the rest of your time, a Message great enough to redirect human effort, energy and awareness so that humanity may have a greater future than its past, so that humanity may survive the Great Waves of change and intervention and competition from the universe around you.

Hear this then, not with your ideas, your beliefs or your judgments, but with the deeper mind that God has given you to hear, to see, to know and to act with greater certainty."

Only one New Message from God

"There is a New Message from God in the world because it is only this New Message that can save humanity. It is only this New Message now that can overlook the divisions of humanity—the divisions of culture, the divisions of religion, the divisions of race and economic power. It is only this great faith that is unaffected by the past—by the turbulent, violent and grave history of the human family.

One in a series of Messages from God

"There is a New Message from God — to restore the clarity and the purpose of religion and the meaning of spiritual practice and the nature of the Divine revelation that must happen within each person."

"God’s New Revelation for the world could have a remarkable impact on the world’s religions, opening them up to a greater panorama of life, making them more universal and complete. But who within these traditions can accept that there is a New Message from God and that a Messenger has been sent into the world, a member of the Angelic Assembly, who is charged with overseeing this world and its development and progress? Who has the eyes to see, the ears to hear and the heart to know? ... God is bringing the Revelation to the people, not to the religious experts or the political experts or the leaders of nations. For they are far too constrained and compromised to understand something of this nature unless they realize within themselves that a greater Revelation must be given and that they must receive it and protect it against all harm and misuse.

Therefore, this is your responsibility, those of you who can receive and respond. The gift is not for you alone. It is leading you to a greater level of service in the world."

The Warning

"There is a New Message from God in the world because humanity is destroying its self-sufficiency, humanity is standing at the edge of space, and humanity is already experiencing forces that are intervening in its world, without its control and without its permission.

Though there are great perils facing humanity regarding the deterioration of your environments, climate change, decline of life-giving resources and so forth, the greatest peril—the peril that could end human sovereignty forever in this world — lurks in the background, awaiting the moment when humanity will bring itself to its knees through conflict, through deprivation, through war and through further decline of the world’s environment.

God has given this world to humanity as a splendid place, as a paradise in a universe full of barren worlds. If you should ruin it, if you should exhaust its life-giving resources, if you should exhaust its biological diversity, then you will have to face the consequences, which will be far more terrible and far more longlasting than anything humanity as a whole has ever faced before.

Your real destiny is to emerge within this Greater Community of intelligent life as a free and sovereign race, but this requires that you meet the three requirements that are essential for any race to have such a privileged position in the universe. You must be self-sufficient. You must be united. And you must be extremely discreet."

"There is a New Message from God in the world, you see, for humanity is facing the risk of collapse — the collapse of human civilization, the collapse of a stable world and certainly a just world, the gradual and incremental collapse of everything that is established for the good, the means by which individuals and groups and nations carry on essential and valuable and beneficial activities, as well as those that tend to be destructive and foolish in nature.

People have lost their connection to nature. They do not see that where the food is grown and how it is transported and shared is the most essential network that there is, in any society or civilization. They have forgotten that the quality and the availability of water is more important than any other resource could possibly be. They fail to see that the degradation of the environment is setting in motion the forces that could undermine their world and their lives.

This failure to respond to the Great Waves of change is a fundamental one, and that is why people do not see the coming storms. They do not recognize the great risk. They do not see that things are in motion, greater forces now, that will alter the landscape of the world. And their actions will become more desperate, more foolish and more shortsighted. And officials elected or who rise to power through force will be more ignorant and more blind."

The Intervention

"You now face competition from beyond the world. There are competing forces seeking advantage here even now. You have never had to face them before. They are not like those who have visited the world from before. They care not for the value of humanity, and freedom is unknown to them. To them this world, and even humanity itself, are only resources to be used and exploited. Do not think, then, in the face of all this that humanity will continue and advance, for you are not only subject to the risk of decline in the world, you are also subject to the risk of subjugation from beyond.

That is why there is a New Message from God in the world because without this New Message, humanity would not see, it would not know and it would not act appropriately. It would not prepare for a future that will be unlike the past. It will not recognize the gravity of the situation. And it will not alter its course, its direction or its behavior.

This will require strength and courage from each person. Here you cannot be lazy and self-indulgent. Here you cannot be indifferent or ambivalent. For everything you value is at stake. Everything that humanity has ever created that is beneficial is at stake. Everything that you love is at stake. Every person. Every place. Everything."

"You may perhaps wonder what has been flying in your skies for the last many decades. And if you are aware of it at all, you may wonder why there have been sightings all over your world for many decades. If you have taken the time to look into this carefully and objectively, you must come to the conclusion that a visitation is underway, and that it is secret in nature. It is being carried out surreptitiously, its intentions and activities hidden from public awareness. Even governments hide from their populations what little they know about the foreign presence, the extraterrestrial presence that is in the world today.

There is no one in the world who can prepare you for the realities of life in the universe, and that is why there is a New Message from God in the world. Its purpose is to prepare humanity for the Great Waves of change that are coming, and to prepare humanity for its encounter with life in the universe, and to prepare humanity to recognize its greater spiritual power that has the strength to unite humanity and to provide humanity a greater future, a future that will be unlike the past."

"Who in the world today knows that humanity is being watched from others in the universe, your neighbors who seek to take advantage of a weak and divided humanity? If nations understood this, war would cease. They would prepare humanity to safeguard the world.

What humanity sees and what humanity must see are not yet even close. That is why there is a New Message from God because time is of the essence. You do not have decades or a century to prepare, for the Great Waves are moving, and Intervention into the world has already begun."

"There is a New Message from God in the world. It resonates with all the Messages that God has ever sent into the world. And yet it presents wisdom and insight and comprehension beyond what has ever been given to humanity before.

For you stand at the threshold of the Greater Community now. You cannot be foolish and divided in the face of this greater panorama of life if you have any hope of maintaining your freedom there. There are other forces intervening in the world who seek to gain control of the world and the world’s peoples. For you live on a beautiful planet, a planet that is valued by others. You live in a world that is a gem in the universe, a world that you are despoiling and exploiting. And others seek to intervene to preserve this world and these resources for themselves.

You are the foolish stewards of a beautiful place. You must unite to protect it and to safeguard it and to learn to use it wisely or it will surely be lost. It will surely be lost to others."

Love

"There is a New Message from God in the world, and love is part of its Message.

It is necessary here to begin by saying what love is not. Love is not fascination. Love is not fixation. Love is not attachment. Love is not romance where you are infatuated or taken with someone else’s appearance or some aspect of their personality. It is not idolatry, where you idolize someone, you worship someone—even a deity, even a messenger, even God. For these do not represent a real relationship, a working relationship, a relationship of united wills.

Love is not a behavior, an attitude or a mannerism. It is not etiquette. It is not convention. Love may express itself in many different ways—softly or forcibly. Love can appear meek. Love can appear strong. Love can challenge you. Love can criticize you. Love can expose your illusions, your fantasies and your self-deception. Love is not what people really mean when they talk about love in nearly all circumstances.

Love is a deeper power that moves people to do things that are different from their ideas, their beliefs and their sense of obligation. Love is something beyond the love you hear about in conversations. In fact, it is better to demonstrate love than to talk about it, for real love is demonstrated. It is what moves people to change their lives, to refocus their priorities, to associate with something deeper and more profound within themselves. It is something that has the power to override human ambition, human selfishness, human grievance, all partisan beliefs and attitudes and religious ideology. For love is not bound by these things. It is only restrained, held back or hidden by these things. Love moves on its own accord, being associated with the deeper Knowledge that God has placed within each person."
