From Steps Vigil | Day 17 | June 11, 2016: Waking up in Separation; Beginning the Journey; Encounter and Rendezvous; Service; Perseverance

Eventually we start to: wake up. This begins to compel us to move and to keep moving. This is; the journey. The journey we are all so familiar with…. Depending on our readiness and the power of K within us, we may ultimately; encounter someone or something an endeavor This is a recognition experience, very important. Along the way we have to; endure through the uncertainties. So this perseverance is with us as we go. Waiting for us out there is; our service. This may require the rest of our lives to render. It’s a service that’s ours to give. Through this entire process we’ll find ourselves in a position to endure and to persevere and to go on and to keep going. ^[1]

In essence: We all start off lost in Separation and in the world, to varying degrees, conditioned by culture, family, religion, society; misidentified, in a state of amnesia, identifiying as a body and mind.; Something happens to wake us up. That’s a major marker in this destined journey we are to to take.; A period ensues of searching--not knowing what you are searching for. (44:00) Searching for someone, something, a mission. A cause.; And then an encounter, a rendezvous occurs. Another major marker in the emergence of this life journey.
Our core message here is that: this journey which emerges out of this state of amnesia in Separation compels us on a search to find something and we are meant to find it and when we do our journey slowly over time merges and melds with that service.; It becomes less about us and more about the service itself we are sent to render. In fact, our journey becomes intertwined and meshed with that service. Our journey is shaped by that service (45:00). & when that service ends in this life either through death or through many other things that can terminate our service early (early failure). :Our journey continues on beyond this life.; In this life its purpose was to fuel and to advance this service, this form of service we are each sent into this world to perform. ^[3]
